Every Tube Map Art Print – A–Z Catalogue

Every Tube Map Art Print I've Designed - Full A to Z Catalogue

This is the complete index of every music discography map, film plot map and place tube map I've researched and designed at mikebellmaps.com. I'm Mike Bell, and I add to it whenever a new print ships, so it works as both a full catalogue of my work and the fastest way to find a specific artist, film or place. Use the section jumps below or scroll the A to Z. From the patterns I've mapped across more than seventy acts, the most fascinating discoveries always come from the long-serving session players who quietly underpin a band's whole sound.

Music Discography Map Art Prints (A to Z)

Each music discography map art print below shows credited musicians, session players, band members and guests as tube lines threading through the albums they appear on, with branch lines for one-off contributors. When I'm researching a new map, I work from primary sleeve credits and verified discography sources, placing every named musician onto the line that traces their full contribution across an artist's catalogue. Bowie's map alone lists over 170 credited musicians across 27 studio albums - the kind of detail that rewards a closer look.

Film Plot Map Art Prints

Six films have had the full plot-mapping treatment so far, each traced scene by scene with characters running as their own tube lines. The film plot maps sit alongside the music discography maps but use a different visual language, with red headers rather than blue, so a wall of mixed maps reads cleanly when displayed together. The James Bond map stands apart as a single map of the entire Eon film series, with every recurring character and actor connected across every film.

Place Map Art Prints

A small set of place tube map art prints drawing on Sussex, where I live and work. Two Sussex towns get the tube map treatment, Lewes and Uckfield, alongside a Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club map for the local side. Same tube map visual language as the music and film maps, applied to streets, neighbourhoods and the team.

About the Maps

I'm Mike Bell, the designer and researcher behind every tube map art print at mikebellmaps.com. The catalogue has grown from a handful of tube-style discography maps into a much wider body of music, film and place work, all sharing one consistent visual system. My David Bowie discography tube map is held in the permanent collection at the V&A David Bowie Centre, and my Bruce Springsteen discography map is held at the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music at Monmouth University.

The discography tube maps, in particular, are deep research projects, often taking many days per artist as I trace credited musicians, session players, band members, and guests across entire catalogues. Branch lines pick up one-off contributors, and because the visual language stays consistent across the range, the collection works as a wall when several prints are displayed together.

Every print is hand-plotted in my studio, produced as a museum-quality Giclée on 230gsm premium fine art paper, and shipped worldwide. The full production specification lives on the print and frame specifications page.

If there's an artist, film or place you'd like to see mapped next, drop me a line through the contact page. Many of the maps now in the catalogue started as a fan request.
