EMPTY DOM REMOVE PROTECTOR

In short: A Cure discography tube map art print that charts the studio albums as a London Underground map, with stations for Three Imaginary Boys, Pornography, Disintegration and Wish along the line. A considered gift for Cure fans and music lovers, ready to frame and give. Giclée on 230gsm textured matte fine art paper, archival and acid-free. Available in A2 or A1 (US sizing 24x18in and 36x24in), unframed or in a black wooden frame. Hand-researched and designed by me in East Sussex.

I designed this Cure discography map so the studio albums run as a single line, each one its own station, drawn in the style of a classic tube map. The route moves from the post-punk of Three Imaginary Boys, through the gothic peak of Pornography, to the breakthrough of Disintegration and Wish and the records that followed. It is wall art for fans who know the deep cuts, and a ready-made gift for anyone who came in through the singles.

Why this Cure discography tube map art makes a gift fans keep

If you are buying for a Cure fan, this goes past the obvious present. I research every map by hand, checking release dates and running order so the line is right, which lets the person receiving it follow the band's route across the decades. It makes a birthday or Christmas gift for the Cure fan in your life, the kind of present that gets framed and kept rather than opened once and shelved.

Contributing musicians on the map

Robert Smith is the only name credited on every studio album, from Three Imaginary Boys in 1979 to Songs of a Lost World in 2024. Simon Gallup's bass runs through most of the catalogue, with one notable gap on The Top in 1984, before he returned for The Head on the Door. Lol Tolhurst, a founding member on drums, moved to keyboards for the mid-1980s records before leaving the band, and Roger O'Donnell's keyboards recur across several later albums.

How I make each print

Each one is a Giclée on 230gsm premium fine art paper with a textured matte finish, archival and acid-free, so the colours hold for years. Choose A2 or A1, unframed or supplied in a black wooden frame, ready to hang as art prints in a hallway, living room or studio.

Size UK USA / CAN / AUS equivalent Orientation
A2 594 x 420 mm (23 x 16 in) 24 x 18 in Landscape
A1 841 x 594 mm (33 x 23 in) 36 x 24 in Landscape
