The metal finish heightens the engineered artwork. All my creations are made using CAD software, and each line, each junction of scenes and actions, is laid out by my eye and mouse as I watch each film scene by scene and capture the movie’s moments as transit lines.

PRINT SIZE GUIDE
I am currently offering all prints in two sizes online - A3 & A2
I currently produce my prints to order in Lewes, UK. If there are changing shipping circumstances, I will use local printers to deliver to customers if required.
I print on archival print papers, which are designed for longevity and created using materials and methods that prevent discolouration, fading, and deterioration. The term “archival” refers to the use of:
1. Archival Paper: Acid-free and lignin-free paper designed to resist yellowing and degradation.
2. Pigment-Based Inks: Inks that are more stable than dye-based inks, offering improved fade resistance.
I use archival-quality paper with a Canon XP-1000 printer, which combines pigment inks and specially coated media to ensure durable, fade-resistant results.
Being short-run prints, made to order, there is occasional ink-streak residue on the back of the prints as is common with such techniques.
Smaller A4/Cards are available via retail outlets and record fairs.
A3 PRINT | 11.69" x 16.54" - 29.7cm x 42cm
A2 PRINT | 16.54" x 23.39" - 42cm x 59.4cm

NOTE: Prints are displayed in frames for visual purposes. The designs are printed to order in the UK on high-quality art paper with long-term fade-free quality. Prints are eco-packaged and shipped rolled or flat.

About Mike Bell
I'm a designer based in Lewes, East Sussex, who shifted from show and event design to creating unique tube-style maps during lockdown. What started as a way to keep my mind engaged while combating a neurological misdiagnosis(!) has become my passion project.
My maps transform complex stories into visually engaging journeys. Whether charting a band's history (like my sixteen-attempt odyssey mapping The Fall's chaotic line-ups), exploring film plots, or diving into other cultural narratives, each map distills intricate information into something beautiful and easy to follow.
I create transit-style maps that tell stories through visual design. Each musician becomes a line, each album a station stop, making complex histories simple to navigate. My maps turn overwhelming information into clear, engaging art prints that ship globally.
