Art print delivery works differently here than at most print shops, and it is worth two minutes of your time before you order. Your map is not posted from my desk in East Sussex to wherever you live. It is printed by a vetted partner in your own region, then sent to you on a tracked domestic service. If you are in the United States, it is printed there. If you are in Germany, it is printed in Germany. That one decision removes almost every problem that international art shipping usually creates.

Why I print locally rather than posting from the UK
I started doing this because cross-border parcel routes kept breaking. Customs rules change, postal operators suspend services, duty thresholds move, and a large rolled print is exactly the sort of parcel that gets stuck. Rather than write an apology every time the rules shifted, I moved production.
Every partner in the network prints to the same specification I set: the same Giclée process, the same 230gsm paper, the same colour profile. I am not handing your map to whoever is cheapest that week. The point of local printing is that nothing about the print changes, only the distance it travels.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
Not if you are ordering within the UK, the EU or the United States. Your map never crosses a border, so there is nothing to declare and nothing for a courier to collect from your doorstep. This is the single most common question I get, and the answer has not changed regardless of what tariffs or de minimis thresholds are doing in the news.
For destinations outside those regions, your order may ship internationally and local import rules will apply as normal. If you are ordering from somewhere unusual and want to know before you commit, ask me, and I will tell you exactly how it will be routed.
Everything is made to order
I do not hold stock. Nothing sits in a box waiting for someone to want it. When you order, that specific map goes into production, which is why there is a short making window before anything ships.
It also means the map you receive is printed from the current version of the research. If I have updated an artist's map because a new album came out or a credit was corrected, you get the corrected one. A warehouse full of prints would be a warehouse full of out-of-date prints.
Ordering for a specific date
If your map is a present and it needs to arrive by a specific day, let me know. Made-to-order means there is a production step before dispatch, and the honest answer about timing depends on where you are and how busy the queue is. I would far rather have a quick conversation through the contact page than have you guess and be disappointed.
If the date is genuinely tight, a gift card arrives instantly and lets them choose their own map, which is often the better answer anyway.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. The UK, EU, United States, Canada, and Australia all have set rates, and everywhere else falls under a rest-of-world rate. The exact cost shows at checkout.
Is delivery free?
No. Delivery is charged separately on every order - I would rather show you the real cost than hide it in the print price.
Will I be charged import duty?
Not within the UK, EU or United States, because your map is printed in your own region and never crosses a border. Outside those regions, normal local import rules apply.
Is the quality the same wherever it is printed?
Yes. Every partner works to the same specification: Giclée on 230gsm premium fine art paper, textured matte, archival and acid-free. The paper and the colour profile do not change with the postcode.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order ships with tracking and notifications.
What sizes are available?
