Online Purchases from Mike Bell Maps:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We're committed to ensuring you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not pleased with your map poster, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

We produce the majority of our data map artworks in-house to ensure maximum quality and maintain full control over the production process. While this approach allows us to focus on detail and craftsmanship, there may occasionally be minor imperfections, such as slight ink marks or print variations on the reverse of some pieces. These are a natural part of creating short-run, artisanal prints and reflect the hands-on nature of our work.

2. Return Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused, unmarked condition, and returned in the original packaging.

3. Refund Process: Upon receiving your return and after inspecting the item, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

4. Shipping: Please note that customers bear the return shipping costs. If a refund is granted, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from it.

In-Store Purchases at Our Lewes, East Sussex Location:

1. Returns: Items bought from our Lewes store can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please present your original receipt when making a return.

2. Return Condition: Similar to our online policy, in-store returns must also be in their original, unused, unmarked state and in the original packaging.

3. Exchanges: If you'd rather exchange an item than get a refund, our team will gladly assist you in selecting another product from our store.
