About George Harrison:

George Harrison, the former lead guitarist of the Beatles, continued his musical career after the band broke up in 1970. He released his first solo album, "All Things Must Pass", in 1970, which was a commercial and critical success. This triple album included hit songs like "My Sweet Lord" and "What is Life".

In 1971, Harrison formed the triple album soundtrack to the film "Wonderwall Music", which was the first solo project by any of the Beatles. He went on to release several more albums throughout the 1970s, including "Living in the Material World" (1973), "Dark Horse" (1974), and "Extra Texture" (1975).

In 1979, Harrison organized the "Concert for Bangladesh", a charity event that was held in New York City to raise funds for refugees from Bangladesh. The concert featured performances by numerous notable musicians and was followed by a live album and a documentary film.

Harrison continued to release albums and tour throughout the 1980s and 1990s, including the albums "Somewhere in England" (1981), "Gone Troppo" (1982), and "Brainwashed" (2002), which was released posthumously after his death in 2001.

Overall, George Harrison's recording career after the Beatles was marked by his spiritual pursuits, his commitment to humanitarian causes, and his continued evolution as a solo artist.
